We are extremely lucky to have Chef Monu in charge of the kitchen with Chef Deepak as Sous Chef. They have been with us since 2012 and have a huge array of recipes they have perfected over the years.
We have a changing daily set dinner menu as well as an a la carte menu that includes Continental, Goan and Indian veg and non veg favourites.
Special meals like suckling pig or BBQs on our Big Green Egg can be planned if so desired by the majority.

Our original wine list was longer than it is now, but as I discovered that like a priest, I had to drink whatever was left at the end of the season, our wine list is now considerably shorter, simpler and cheaper. It has our favourite reasonably priced Indian wines and a couple of others. If you want something special do ask and it should be possible to arrange with a nominal corkage charge.
We charge corkage for booze brought in from outside.
Swim
The 12 x 4 metre swimming pool is set in a tropical garden with private sun bathing areas. We use the minimum we can of chlorine. The shallow end of the pool is three feet deep so will not suit very young children. We’d be happy to set up a piddling pool in the front garden for tiny tots.
